Schmeckt unseren Bewohnern das Essen? Ist das pers\u00f6nliche Wohnumfeld unserer Bewohner sauber und gepflegt? K\u00fcmmern wir uns gut um die W\u00e4sche unserer Bewohner? So widmet sich das Hauswirtschaftscontrolling den drei Bereichen Speisenversorgung, W\u00e4scheversorgung und Reinigungsversorgung. Hier steht uns ein Werkzeugkoffer mit zahlreichen Instrumenten zur Verf\u00fcgung, mit deren Hilfe wir in der Lage sind, aussagekr\u00e4ftige Kennzahlen f\u00fcr die genannten Bereiche zu erstellen.
