Schon von Anfang an geh\u00f6rten Altenpflegeeinrichtungen zum Kundenstamm der Firma. Und am besten ber\u00e4t doch derjenige, der selbst Praktiker ist und eigene Erkenntnisse und Erfahrungen an seine Mandanten weitergeben kann! So wurde im September 1998 die erste eigene Einrichtung \u2013 das Seniorenzentrum Garrel \u2013 in Betrieb genommen. Im Jahr 2003 folgten die Seniorenzentren in Detern und Altenoythe. Zwei Jahre sp\u00e4ter schloss sich das \u201eJohannes-Huus\u201c in Remels unserem Verbund an. Im selben Jahr wurde das Gerontopsychiatrische Pflegezentrum Holtland er\u00f6ffnet mit einer Besonderheit: Als eine der ersten Einrichtungen im Weser-Ems-Gebiet ist es auf die Pflege von Menschen mit einer schweren Demenz spezialisiert. Die vollen Wartelisten zeigen bis heute, dass der Bedarf an solch einem Versorgungskonzept gro\u00df ist. Das Demenzzentrum in Molbergen \u2013 er\u00f6ffnet 2009 \u2013 best\u00e4tigt dies.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"fusion-layout-column fusion_builder_column fusion-builder-column-10
